My Process
For the typography series, letters and numbers can be individually printed and framed, displayed as a collection on a wall. It’s a personalized touch utilizing people’s initials, with an anniversary date or birthday, that can add a unique and timeless feel to a space, such as in one’s home, office or nursery.
Commissioned typography work can encompass one’s initials and numbers for important dates, exploring the placement and forms of type in playful ways using acrylic paint. And then experimenting with transparent glossy resin pours that flow within the typographical design…uniting all of the varied elements into a customized ensemble.
With works like the Warrior Goddess, wrapped canvas prints can be created. Painted with metallic acrylic paint & selected colors of alcohol inks for her aura, it is then finished with hand sewn colored threading for each of the chakra points. Various sizes are available.
